About
Fiona has been at the forefront of creative content development and producing for over three decades; through her work in theatre, broadcasting, digital content creation, and executive coaching.
After training as an actor, she began her career touring with the British Theatre for the Deaf, Scottish Opera for Youth and was a founder member of the Scottish International Children’s Festival (Imaginate). She went on to work with the Edinburgh International Festival, creating and devising theatre education programmes throughout the city, as well as working with TAG and PACE.
Her 17 years with the RSC in Stratford-upon-Avon offered her the opportunity to work across every department in the company; with actors, directors, designers, voice and movement experts in the workshops, on-stage events, and masterclasses that she created and led.
She is a highly regarded professional who, throughout the course of her career, has initiated and developed creative formats and solutions for leading arts organisations, broadcasters, and charities - including the BBC, Cancer Research UK, the Wellcome Trust, Netflix, and she is a co-founder of Digital Theatre+.
With a specialism in theatre, entertainment, and performance, Fiona has created, programmed, and produced shows, large-scale events, special occasions, documentaries, and series. She has revealed craft and creative processes, both live and virtually, through her work with leading and emerging talent.
Fiona is a passionate advocate for the arts, creating work that engages, entertains, and informs audiences.
“I really enjoyed my sessions with Fiona. Not only did it help me with my public speaking immensely, but it also made me think about my overall management style and working practices. It has really had an impact on my work and my team have all commented on the improvement.”
